The Zoe Report

This Meghan Markle-Approved Clutch Is On Sale For $44

Meghan Markle is no stranger to high fashion. After all, she wore a timeless Givenchy gown on her wedding day and has been spotted wearing some other bigs names like Dior Haute Couture, Brandon Maxwell and Cartier. But one of our favorite things about The Duchess Of Sussex is the way in which she pairs luxury pieces with affordable ones. We’ve seen her in Mother Denim, Artizia and Everlane. Most recently, Markle was spotted in a particularly cost-effective clutch designed by none other than our favorite mall store—J.Crew. Markle showed up in style to cheer on husband Prince Harry at the Sentebale Polo 2018 match donning a Carolina Herrera belted denim midi, nude, pointed pumps by Aquazzura (another brand she wears again and again) and oversized Tom Ford shades. Topping off the look was the basket-inspired bag—and we are obsessed.

Also, while we’re gushing, we should mention that another royal family member is a fan of the affordable clutch: Pippa Middleton. Kate Middleton’s sister has been photographed on more than one occasion wearing the exact bag. In fact, Pippa used the piece two out of her three days of attendance at this year’s Wimbledon tournament. (We love how she paired it with two very different, yet quintessential summer outfits.) Have you added this bad boy to your online shopping cart by now? We definitely have. This piece is beyond versatile and can be worn for a multitude of occasions from date night to day-time errands. And, as if our devotion to this accessory couldn’t get anymore—er—devoted, we’ve discovered that it is in fact on sale.

Okay, here’s the (kind of) bad news: The exact shade of the afore mentioned clutch has completely sold out online. But fear not: There’s still a festive bright yellow shade available for $44—just type in the code FLASH at checkout. Not feeling the wave of brightly colored bags this season? That’s completely okay. We found some similar options, and they’re all at a reasonable price point. Maybe we can all be royals after all (or at least dress like them).
